The Meaning of Lib and NNAPI 1.1 / NNAPI 1.3

I am confused about the performance ranking, the 'Lib' show that the model running with acceleration with Qualcomm QNN HTP Delegate,
but there are also scores of 'NNAPI 1.1' and 'NNAPI'.
My questions are:
1. the scores in performance ranking list, are they the scores with vendor`s tflite delegate or NNAPI delegate ?
2. the reuslts in detail ranking list, did these models ran with vendor`s tflite delegate or NNAPI delegate ??

These results were obtained with the vendor's tflite delegate. NNAPI-1.1/1.3 here refers to the set of ops present in the corresponding models.
