    a question about pro mode power consumption

    Dear Sir, I have a question about Pro mode. Taking InceptionV3 as an example, does the power and watt in ACCEL (INT8) test refer to the power consumption of the whole phone (including DDR, panel etc..)? or only the power/watt of current accelerator unit（neuron/QNNHTP）？ thanks
